What your commitment means to us
When you become a Good Samaritan monthly donor, you provide reliable funding so we can keep our doors open to all the kids who need us.
The commitment from our monthly donors allows us to make our annual financial plans secure in the knowledge that our youth will receive the food, shelter and life-changing programs they rely on. Stability in uncertain times is a tremendous gift for our kids.
Your monthly donation helps to provide them the immediate help they desperately need, along with tools and skills to work towards independence, like education and job training.
Give a precious gift of hope to a
young person. Become a Good Samaritan today.

“I’m grateful for the skills I’ve
developed, the people I’ve met, the way you’ve kept me off the street. From
the bottom of my heart, thank you.”
Mike, chef at popular downtown pub/Cooking For Life graduate.
As Canada's largest homeless youth agency, Covenant House Toronto changes lives by providing the widest range of services and support under one roof. A national leader, we educate and advocate for change to help at-risk, homeless and trafficked youth by influencing public policy and delivering prevention and awareness programs.
More than a place to stay, our agency serves youth through our 24/7 crisis shelter and transitional housing on-site and in the community, as well as with our comprehensive services, including education, counselling, health care, employment assistance, job training and aftercare. As many as 250 youth a day use our residential and support services.
To do all this, we rely on donors for more than 80 percent of our $24.4-million annual operating budget.
Our doors are open to youth 16 to 24 regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or the circumstances that have brought them to our doors.
We work to help homeless youth move from a life on the street to a life with a future. Since 1982, Covenant House has served more than 90,000 young people.
