Data Coordinator, Direct Response
Full-time Position

A national leader, we educate and advocate for change by influencing public policy and delivering prevention and awareness programs.

Covenant House Toronto raises more than 80% of its annual operating budget of $30.6 million from donations making it unique within the social services sector. The Direct Marketing program represents a significant percentage of the agency’s total revenue.

We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented, and data savvy individual who has strong analytical and organizational skills and thrives on deadlines and performance metrics.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the direct response management team by ensuring the quality and accuracy of data related to the execution of appeals as well as basic analytics related to appeal performance such as tracking key information, performing routine data analysis, data hygiene and data extractions from and imports into the Raiser’s Edge database.
The candidate must have excellent excel skills and experience extracting, importing and reviewing large amounts of data. They must be a team player that thrives on details and deadlines, juggling a number of projects at a time.

Experience in direct response channels and working with the Raiser’s Edge database are assets.


• Post-secondary education, science or math
• Direct marketing experience an asset
• MS Office requirement
