Tier 1+ Help Desk Support
Full-time Permanent,  Entry Level Position

Ideal for a student who is studying part-time towards an IT-related diploma or degree

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

•Desktop support on Microsoft Windows and Office applications
•Scheduled setup of laptop, projector or telephone conference units
•Setup/relocation of computers, monitors, printers and/or phone equipment
•Providing technical or functional guidance on hardware and software
•Monitoring and managing tickets submitted by staff
•Monitoring and maintaining inventory of computers, supplies, etc.
•Maintaining accurate office records, files
•Providing backup to other IS staff members when required


•Proficiency with Microsoft Network Operating Systems and Infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange etc.)
•Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication/written skills and attention to detail
•Ability to work with end users to identify and resolve issues
