Since 1982, Covenant House has supported more than 95,000 young people.
Covenant House is seeking a solutions oriented self-starter who can analyze, interpret and translate complex data including marketing campaign data from offline and online channels into actionable insights. This person will be a part of our data and database services team providing seamless support to the development team.This position supports the day-to-day tactical planning and longer term investment planning for the team.
Intermediate database and data management skills are required, including experience running and writing queries and stored procedures, performing inserts and updates, creating databases, tables, indexes, views and other database objects. Knowledge of the Raiser’s Edge an asset. This individual will be detail oriented with an eye for accuracy and quality assurance, they will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff.They will be a
life-learner who stays on top of industry changes.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science or other, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI and Crystal reports or other business intelligence (BI)/analytical tools. Must have strong skill in SQL Query. Experience in direct marketing is also an asset.
